Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts should be submitted by one of the authors of the manuscript through the online Manuscript Submission System (MSS). Regardless of the source of the word-processing tool, only electronic PDF (.pdf) or Word (.doc) files can be submitted through the MSS. There is no page limit but for easy reading, we recommend a compact article with figures photos or illustrations. Only online submissions are accepted to facilitate rapid electronic publication. The submitting author takes responsibility for the materials contained in the manuscript. If for some technical reason submission through the MSS is not possible, the author can contact the editorial team for support.

Terms of Submission

Articles must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere. The article, however, is allowed to use published materials with permissions with publishers with proper references. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article's publication has been approved by all the other coauthors. It is also the authors' responsibility to ensure that the articles emanating from a particular institution are submitted with the approval of the relevant institution. Further correspondence and proofs will be sent to the author(s) before publication. It is a condition of submission of a paper that the authors permit editing of the paper for readability. All enquiries concerning the publication of accepted papers should be addressed to the chief editor.

Peer Review

Articles are not classified as original scientific papers and manuscripts are not subject to conventional peer-review process. However, to keep high standards and avoid misunderstanding of readers, the editors and coeditors will give proper assistance and recommendations to the author(s). All manuscripts are subject to meet standards of academic excellence and updated information. The submitting author will be guided during the submission process for technical editing by the editorial board. The authors will be responsible for the copyrights of published materials and should obtain the permission for the use of published materials from the publishers.

XAS Research Review is an limited access scientific magazine. Access charge is not needed but access (subscription) is limited to registered members.

The use of general descriptive names, trade names, trademarks, and so forth in this publication, even if not specifically identified, does not imply that these names are not protected by the relevant laws and regulations.
Neither the authors, the editors, nor the IXAS can accept any legal responsibility for any errors or omissions that may be made. The IXAS makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the material contained herein.
